Back to School with Whole Foods (Gift Card Giveaway)

Back to School with Whole Foods

Last week to get ready for back to school we headed to Whole Foods in Carrollwood to check out their Back to School Bash. Did you know that Whole Foods stores have special events all the time?? I didn’t either. Check out the events tab of your local Whole Foods to see what’s coming up! ย The event at the Whole Foods Carrollwood location was a huge success and there were a lot of families enjoying all the stuff Whole Foods had to offer. See for yourself!

Back to School with Whole Foods

Back to School Bash Whole Foods

2 of the most popular attractions at the Back to School Bash were the Make Your Own TrailMix and the Shake Shoppe. They had a great selection of goodies to add to your trailmix like raisins, coconut, cashews, peanuts, and dried fruit. Each person got to pick 3 to add to their trailmix bag. I love this idea for school lunches. I know trail mix isn’t new but I never thought to get the small snack size bags and sending it to school. The shake shoppe had quite a line but it was SOOOO worth the wait. They had mint chocolate chip and chocolate shakes. I am a HUGE fan of mint chocolate chip ice cream but I have to admit I am a bit of an ice cream snob. There has only been 1 brand that I have truly loved….until now. The Whole Foods brand of Mint Chocolate Chip is actually BETTER then the brand that I buy (I only like the white mint BTW). I am totally obsessed with it now.

Back to School Bash at Whole Foods Carrollwood

Other activities at the Back to School Bash included Face Painting, exploring a Hillsborough County Fire Truck & Ambulance and there was a magician! Through out the store there was also sampling of new foods. There was a little guy pushing a full kids cart that caught my eye because he was so cute and such a serious shopper. LOL While we were there we picked up some goodies for the girls to put in their lunch box for the week and grabbed lunch. I really love their hot food and salad bars. I highly suggest your check out the events your Whole Foods has coming up and go have fun. They even have cooking classes! ๐Ÿ™‚
