Can you believe that Easter is only 2 weeks away?? Well in our house nothing says “Easter is almost here” like decorating Easter eggs with PAAS decorating kits and Heinz vinegar. Every year we go out a buy fun PAAS egg decorating kits and the kids have a blast designing their Easter eggs. This year however, not only can they make their traditional decorating eggs but they can create virtual Easter eggs with PAAS and help Make A Wish at the same time.
After my kids spent the afternoon decorating their eggs, I showed them this great new app from PAAS & Heinz called the Egg Decorator that allows them to create a virtual Easter Egg.
The Egg Decorating App from PAAS and Heinz is available for desktops/laptops and available in the iTunes App Store. Using the app is so easy and my kids had a ball.
The best part about this Egg Decorating app is that from now until March 31st, for every egg that is created and shared, PAAS and Heinz will donate $1.00 to Make A Wish. For those that aren’t familiar with Make A Wish, it is organization that grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions. The organization was started in 1980 and has granted well over 232,000 wish to date. I personally have known families that have been granted a wish and to say that it was a priceless gift is an understatement. The memories that are created with the granted wish are so precious and irreplaceable. It is these moments that the families cherish forever. The wishes are granted free of charge to the families because of the donations made to the organization. So when I heard about what PAAS and Heinz were doing with this app I couldn’t wait to get the kids involved to help with their cause.
So this year as you and your family get ready to celebrate Easter and decorate your eggs, take a minute to go the PAAS/Heinz Egg Decorating app. While you are creating a virtual egg and making memories with your child you can share, you will be helping another family create memories that will last forever.
I was supplied the egg decorating kit from PAAS and Heinz for this review. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
