One of our families favorite breakfast meals is Creamed Chipped Beef. It is something that we have been having since my husband and I were little. Even though it is a everyone’s favorite it can be quite messy. So for my husband’s birthday I got to thinking of how I could make Creamed Chipped Beef in a way that was less of a mess. Then it came to me… Creamed Chipped Beef Cups.
Creamed Chipped Beef Cups
- 1 can of Grands Biscuits
- 1 package of Stouffer’s Creamed Chipped Beef
- 1/2 of chedder cheese
Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. 2. Roll out eat biscuit to about twice it’s size and place in each one into the muffin pan cups. Press down on the biscuit to get in down to the bottom. You may need to pinch the top edges and over lap some to get it to fit.
3. Bake in oven for 14-15 minutes. Be sure to not over bake them.
4. While the cups are baking, microwave the creamed chipped beef according to the directions on the box.
5. Once cups have finished baking, carefully spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the creamed chipped beef into the cups. (The creamed chipped beef will be extremely hot so be careful.) Top with some cheddar cheese and put back into oven for a minute or 2 to melt the cheese. (One of my children doesn’t like cheese on hers so I made 2 without cheese.)
These Creamed Chipped Beef Cups are great for kids to make for a Father’s Day breakfast in bed surprise or for a brunch. Super easy to make and so yummy. Enjoy!
