1. Cleanse and tone
Never neglect to cleanse your skin. Removing makeup at night is especially important, as leaving it on your skin can block the pores and lead to dull skin or, conversely, acne and blemishes. Cleansing is also important to remove the dirt, sweat and oil that can become stuck in the skin’s pores. Simply wash your face with a mild cleanser both in the morning and evening. 2. Gently exfoliate
Gentle exfoliation is essential to obtain smooth, glowing skin. It removes the dead outer layer of skin and reveals the beautiful new skin underneath. Take care not to overdo it, or you can irritate the skin.
3. Use the right product for moisturizing

4. Protect from the elements
Protecting your skin is critical, whether it is against the sun’s rays or harsh winds. Don’t forget to bundle up with hats and gloves when it’s cold. Wearing sunscreen every day helps to prevent premature skin ageing. Facial and body oils can be used to heal and regenerate the skin to ensure it remains soft and supple. They can be used under makeup on the face.
5. Soothe and support
Skin that has been exposed to the sun, wind or dry air can become dried out and suffer from redness and soreness.
